I manage the day to day running of the offices activities and companies’ staff. This includes organizing rotars, covering annual leave and supporting staff with their daily duties ensuring adequate support is in place for them to work efficiently.

I lead the companies HR programs and policies. This includes employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels. I love working as part of the cleanmate team. We all have our key roles and specialise in the areas we know best.

As the domestic auditor it is my responsibility to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. I work closely with the domestic team and like being able to implement my own ideas to improve efficiency, standards and staff motivation.
